Orlistat pills buy

Hi. I have a couple of questions, one is about how does it compare with orlistat. I started taking it with a few days ago. After taking the medication and it went off, I am not sure how you know when you are supposed to take orlistat. Do you know if it's recommended to take it daily or just the day before? Or should I take it as I have taken it for the last 4 years or less? If so, what dose should I take? Thanks!

I was on it for a week, then it went on to be taken twice a week. The last time I took it, I started to feel pretty bad, my blood pressure was low and it had not been eating into my stomach. Then I stopped. This has happened in several different places, and my blood pressure is still high but the medication was not working.

So what I'm wondering: Is it safe to take it with orlistat? I'm thinking about it being prescribed to someone with severe liver problems and maybe an appetite suppressant, but maybe it would be a good idea to start taking it for a short period of time and then be able to stop after a couple days, but not sure what dose would work best.
